Training, Health & Safety
CaTECH’s Commitment to Training, Health & Safety
At CaTECH Systems, safety isn’t just a checkbox, it’s a core value woven into every aspect of our work.
From communications infrastructure to national rollouts, our people are our greatest assets and protecting their health, safety, and well-being is a responsibility we take seriously.
Our goal is simple: a workplace where everyone goes home safely, every day.
A Proactive Approach to Safety
We’ve developed a comprehensive Health & Safety Program that does more than just meet legal standards—it sets the bar.
Regularly reviewed and updated by third-party experts like Industrial Safety Trainers, our program outlines clear roles and responsibilities for everyone at CaTECH, from technicians on-site to supervisors and office staff.
Whether it's hazard awareness, fire prevention, or injury reduction, our training and policies are built to minimize risk at every level.
Training That Keeps Us Ahead
To keep our teams informed, empowered, and compliant:
All Ontario-based employees including technicians, supervisors, and office staff have completed Mandatory
Health & Safety Awareness Training.
Our entire workforce across Canada is trained under the new WHMIS (GHS) standards.
Safety talks and Supervisor Inspection Forms are completed routinely and reviewed by our dedicated Health & Safety Manager.
We proudly maintain our memberships and client connections, on multiple health and safety compliance sites:
Avetta, ComplyWorks, Crawford/Entuitive, ISN and SafeContractor (formally Cognibox and ContractorCheck), demonstrating verified compliance with health and safety best practices.
Shared Responsibility, Stronger Culture
Safety at CaTECH is everyone’s responsibility.
Our supervisors are equipped to ensure safe practices on-site, our teams are trained to recognize and reduce risks, and our leadership is fully accountable for upholding health and safety across the board.
This isn’t just policy, it’s part of our culture. Because nothing we build is more important than the people who build it.
Prioritizing safety. Investing in training. Creating a culture of care.
That’s how we build smarter, safer futures together.
